This project is designed to house 3 related families, with putting into consideration sociability (common areas for the 3 families) and of course, privacy.
The site is focuses on:
- Introvert planning for villas
- Many common spaces (pool, recessed sitting areas, outdoor gym, kids' play area)
- The triangular middle pool is branched to each villa's pool to showcase the idea of the main pool (Father) that branches to his 2 sons.
LAYOUT
Each villa is designed internally and externally to suit each of the families' professions.
Lawyer's villa is more formal.
Architect's villa is the most creative.
DR's villa is the most healthy and blends with nature the most.

DR'S villa - also has a private workspace for the DR's studying area/library/reading zone which is connected to the main villa by a bridge that passes over the branched pool.
